We have fabricated Process Tanks of both carbon and stainless steel materials.  Amongst the process tanks that have been manufactured by A&C are: heat exchangers, digesters, sludge thickeners, distillation towers, fermenter tanks, acid tanks, and many other systems.

All A&C’s storage tanks are custom manufactured to industry standards specifications such as API, AWWA, NFPA and UL for the storage of potable water, firewater, demineralized water, fuel oil, molasses, amongst many other liquids.  Our modern manufacturing facilities utilize the latest fabrication procedures, including state-of-the-art CNC plasma burning machines, bending rolls, automatic welders, blasting and coating techniques.  Horizontal or vertical tanks with flat, sloping or coned bottoms with apron, skirted or legged structural supports can be designed by our in-house professional registered engineers.

A&C is has been an ASME Section VIII, Division 1, manufacturer for over 30 years.  We can fabricate pressure vessels with a wide range of wall thicknesses, diameters and materials.  A&C holds both “U” and “R” stamps. 

A&C can manufacture silos and bins for any type of industry for the storage of dry materials.  From apron or skirted designs to legged designs, A&C can fabricate silos to meet the storage requirements of its customers.  We have manufactured silos and bins for the cement, food and chemical industries. 

A&C can fabricate single-wall or double-wall stacks and a wide array of ductworks.  We can manufacture carbon and stainless steel stacks and ducts for the power and pharmaceutical industries.  Ducts can be fabricated in any size and geometric configuration.
